Currently, only a few of the customer-facing fields on the Customix form allow help text, such as the photo upload and text fields. It would be very helpful if help text could also be added under other selection options, like clip art or design choices.

Ideally, we would have the option to include help text with every field a customer interacts with, even if we don’t use it for all of them. This would make it easier to guide customers through the customization process and reduce confusion.
